Description

A pair of Edwardian Mahogany Tub chairs and dating from around 1900. These lovely Tub chairs have a curved and strung top rail with an inlaid central splat of which the string and inlay are satinwood. To each side of the splat are three turned supports and tapered supports to the front arms. These go down to form the tapered leg with a small pad foot and the same leg to the centre of the seat with cross stretchers between the legs. They have the original velvet seats and are in very good condition.
Measures: Height to Back: 28" x Height to Seat: 16.5" x Depth: 18" x Width: 21"
