Superb Antique Victorian Satin Birch Bedroom Suite and dating from aorund 1880. Photographed here in situ and comprising of a triple wardrobe, Large Dressing Table, Half Tester ( double) bed and a Pot Cupboard. We do have each piece for sale separately on our website under the reference numbers 7125,7126,7130 & 7127.
This is for the whole suite as follows:
Triple wardrobe with cornice top and deep crossbanded frieze above a central arched mirrored door flanked on either side by a full length arched panelled door all with gilt brass handles. Internally to each side there is full hanging space with drawer to the base and to the centre there is half hanging above three drawers (these could be removed for more hanging space) All of the drawers are pine lined with brass handles and the whole standing on a deep plinth base.Separates for ease of transporting
Measures: 83" high x 23" deep x internal depth 18.5" x 78" wide
Dressing Table with large shaped mirror with pierced pedament top and turned supports with two jewellery drawers to each side of pedastals having four graduated drawers all of which are ash lined with gilt brass handles. To the centre is a long drawer and the kneehole is completely panelled with base having a raised lid to reveal a secret compartment. Stands on a plinth base on castors and the top removes for transporting.
Measures: 77" high to top of mirror x 36" high to table top x 21" deep x 59" wide
The half tester (double) bed has a deep and shaped cornice to the canopy top (to hang curtains) on squared supports and with a later removeable upholstered headboard in a damask fabric and with bolt in side rails and later slatted base with beautiful footboard which has a serpentine shaped top rail above an arched shaped panel with carved cartouche and further moulded base standing on tulip bun feet with large barley twist side supports and solid Birch top knobs.
Dismantles for transporting
Measures: 83" high to canopy top x 43" high to footboard x 80" long x 54" wide takes a standard double matress.

Measures: 33" high to back rail x 28" to top x 15" x15"
