Description

Antique Quality Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Triple Wardrobe in the Georgian Neo Classical Style and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with chequered stringing above a finely strung frieze. To the centre there is a large oval bevelled mirrored door with chequered stringing and with ornate gilt brass handle and flanked on either side by a panelled door with fine chequered stringing to the panels and with gilt brass handles. Internally it is all hanging apart from a small shelf to one side. To the base on either side there is a small drawer with brass swan neck handles and edged with fine chequered stringing. A most attractive feature are the bracket feet joined by a shaped frieze.
It has a polished interior and separates for ease of transporting.
Measures: 85" high x 23" deep x internal depth 19.5" x 83" wide
