Lovely Antique Early Victorian Salon or Desk Chair and dating from around 1850. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a deep moulded show frame and upholstered back with upholstered armrests on a shaped support above a deep stuff over seat and stands on lovely cabriole legs with a carved foot.
It has its original velvet flock upholstery and horsehair.
Measures: 36" high x seat height 18" x 25" deep x 25" wide
A gorgeous chair that we feel would make a very nice home desk chair and which is in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
